Export Documentation
As part of our service, we are able to provide a range of documents meeting both Commercial and Government requirements for Australian Seafood Exports.
1. Health Certificate
Every export shipped from our Establishment is sent with an Australian Health Certificate (Certificate as to Condition) as per the Export Control Act 1982 issued to us by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry.
2. Certificate of Australian Origin
Certificates of Origin verify the place of growth, production or manufacture of goods and contain certification by an empowered authority. Certificates of Australian Origin are used to specify goods that have been grown, produced or manufactured in Australia. Similarly, a Certified Declaration of Origin verifies the origin of goods manufactured outside Australia and or combined in a shipment with Australian originating products.
3. Certificate of Origin

Certificates of Australian Origin are used to specify goods that have been grown, produced or manufactured in Australia. 4. European Community Catcher Certificate
The European Commission (EC) Regulation 1005/2008 („the IUU Regulation‟) has been designed to prevent, deter and eliminate Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) fishing. It requires Fisheries Management Authorities to provide a "catch certificate‟ for wild-caught seafood imported into the European Union (EU). This catch certificate has been designed to demonstrate that the fish and fisheries products have been obtained in compliance with established conservation and management measures.
5. JAEPA Certificate of Origin
ACCI JAEPA Certificates of Origin or other valid Certificates of Origin under JAEPA are required to access the reduced tariff/duty rates on goods under the Japan-Australian Economic Partnership Agreement (JAEPA).The ACCI JAEPA Certificate of Origin can be used with goods exported in Japan to reduce or eliminate tariff and duty rates on those goods. To obtain ACCI JAEPA Certificate of Origin, you must first register with us as an exporter to JAEPA. A separate, valid ACCI JAEPA Certificate of Origin is required for each shipment of goods in order to claim preferential duty rates.
Freight
We facilitate both air and sea freight options for our customers.
1. Air Freight - Polyfoam Boxes
When packing product for air freight we predominatly use airline approved polyfoam boxes. We source a range of sizes from 5kg to 20kg. An absorber pad and an export approved plastic liner is placed into every box, with the product sealed and sufficiently iced - ice packs are placed on top to keep the product cold.
2. Air Freight - AKE/AVE Containers
We specialize in packing larger volumes of product for clients who require air freight. To do this we purpose pack AKE/AVE with either one single product or a range of products depending on their requirements. Depending on the product, we are capable of packing 52 of the large polyfoam boxes into an AKE/AVE.

Are you export approved for Australian Seafood?
We are accredited as an Australian Seafood Exporter, shipping into EU, China, SE Asia, US and other countries. We offer multi specie consolidated shipments to customers across the globe. We handle small consignments to AKE shipments. Simply add products to your cart and a freight rate will displayed at check out for your country and shipped to your local port for you to clear/import.
What do I need to create an account?
To sign up, press the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page. You will need to provide your company name, ABN and business address, and other standard user information, such as your email and mobile number. You can apply for 14 and 30 Day Terms during the sign up process
Is there a fee for creating an account on the platform?

What payment methods are accepted on the platform?
We accept Credit Cards (Fees Apply) including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also add credit to your account via a Bank Transfer with no fees. Apply for extended 14 and 30 day terms, found in your account section or during the sign up process
